3. Exception for Heating and Cooling Parts:

a. Free Returns for Damaged Items:
If a heating or cooling part is damaged during the shipping process, we will gladly facilitate a free return. Customers must report any damages promptly to initiate the return process.
b. No Returns for Functioning Parts:
All heating and cooling parts sold by Indianapolis Supply are thoroughly tested and guaranteed to be in working order. As such, we do not accept returns for functioning parts.
c. Professional Installation Required:
All HVAC parts must be installed by a certified contractor to ensure proper installation and adherence to industry standards. Failure to comply with this requirement may void warranties and affect the eligibility for returns.
